Primary focus ;
-human resources; provide HR infrastructure to ensure superior sales & service thus ensuring profitable corporate client base and repeat business
-computer systems;develop practical work place systems to ensure staff are efficient and communication is readily available in a fast paced 24/7 service environment
-coaching for consistent sales practices to assist in achieving the $ budget
-resolve key business issues, with external consultants, to provide direction in legal, human resource, computer systems & accounting areas to ensure TCC remains innovative, legally compliant and accountable.

  • Developed all policy & procedures, ensured legal compliance.Coached regularly & conducted annual reviews with senior staff.
  • Developed corporate structure from staff of 1 sales manager in y 1985 to currently 45 professionals, and over 350 supplier staff who provide services to clients.
  • Hired, trained and managed all TCC core staff
  • Monitored supplier services[ electrical, audio visual, internet, show décor,etc] to ensure high levels of service which were measured daily.
  • Developed physical infrastructure ; offices, computers systems , communications systems.
  • Managed all consulting ,computer, legal relationships to ensure TCC is an industry leader utilizing best practices in client service, internal systems , staff relations,compensation & benefits.
  • Liased with architects on property development & expansion to accommodate emerging needs of a constantly growing client base [ 20-25% year over year for 10 years]; 14 new meeting rooms, 5,000 sq. ft. HACCP kitchen, new event logistics ,sales and maintenance offices, revamped all storage areas and $ 1 Million inventory tracking
  • Liased with designers to ensure the property reflects a 5 star image .This required constant budget & project management for renovations over the period of 11 years.
